Condolence & Memory Journal

Dean had many friends and is loved dearly by many of us who knew Dean for the loving person he truly is. I say is because, Dean knew our Lord and savior and is with Him and other friends and family today and evermore. I miss Dean so much more now than I did when he was here with us. We all need to appreciate who we have within our grasp presently so we won't feel as if we could have done more when someone passes as Dean did so abruptly. I will miss him dearly but thanks be to God I will see him again. Knowing about Jesus is different than knowing Him. Watch over all of us Dean. Help us all to have the heart you shared with us.

Dear Mrs. Stegemoller,

I went to School #18 with Dean and also to Manual. In our senior year Coach Schultz picked "secret admirers" for the football players. I was Dean's secret admirer. It was alot of fun decorating lockers , baking cookies, and keeping a scrap book of the games. After high school I only saw Dean at the reunions. He would always give me the biggest hug. I will miss Dean, he had the greatest smile and always so cheerful. My deepest sympathy.

I went to Manual with Dean. I cannot be there Monday, but I wanted the family to know that he will not be forgotten by his classmates. He was intelligent, athletic and hysterically funny. The last time I spoke to him he was optimistic and looking forward. I am praying Dean and for the entire family
