My friend, Rita. Thank you for the great times we shared at The Star. There were times when work would have been totally unbearable without you. We shared so many fun times (and so many laughs) on those carrier trips. You always spoke highly of your husband Richard and your kids. You reminded me so much of my Mom ... and I will always be thankful for the friendship we shared. Rest in peace - and I hope to see you in another lifetime.

I never met Rita, but I think she's got a lot of awesome relatives, and that pretty much says it all. She may not be my grandmother, but I look forward to meeting her in the presence of God.
