Brent was an outstanding member of the Marching Flashes. He was an amazing percussionist and dedicated student. Besides his great work during his high school years, Brent came back and assisted the band. He was a great help to me and the marching band as an instructor of the drum line. Brent was intelligent and sensitive. It was very easy to have a conversation with him. Brent was admired by his peers. It saddens me to think he is gone. The world has lost a wonderful person.

Brent was such a sweet, caring, big hearted soul. The world greatly benefitted from having a unique individual like him in it. It's much less colorful without his presence. I am so sorry to hear of his loss- he was truly one of a kind and irreplaceable.

My husband, John, and I worked with Brent for years and we are both deeply saddened at the loss of such a great character. I always knew my patients would be well taken care of when I gave report to Brent! My husband worked nights with him for many years and has nothing but good things to say about him! I sat with him for an all day work meeting and we had so much fun joking around. I just can't believe he is gone and won't see him again. I am so sorry for his family's loss!
