Mike was a devoted and loving father. As his kids grew up, he would spend nearly every spring and summer coaching their little league teams. Both sons would end up playing little league baseball from tee-ball up until high school – with many of those years being coached by Mike. Outside of baseball, he supported and encouraged Tyler and Lucas to follow their passions which included skateboarding, music, art, and aviation. Mike frequently sacrificed his mornings and evenings by dropping his kids at school for early music classes.

They went on to travel Germany, Hawaii, San Diego, New York, Denver, Florida, Puerto Rico, and the list is endless. They also traveled to the industry conventions for work and that meant getting to see his international's friends.

Mike and Debbie loved going back home to Seattle to be with his parents, brother, 2 sons and 3 adorable perfect grandchildren. He loved spending holidays with the family and celebrating by getting dressed up and going out to dinner. He enjoyed being with family and friends where he was always the life of the party and was the last to go home.
